Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are for ground shipment services only. During cold winter or hot summer months, we may need to delay shipping until weather is suitable. If you want to ship your wine as soon as possible during the winter or summer months, you may need to incur additional charges for air freight service.

Shipping rates are calculated by region and in multiples of 6 bottles. Whether you order 1 bottle or 6 will cost the same, as will 7-12 bottles, 13-18 bottles, 19-24 bottles, etc.

Shipping rates are calculated based on our wine fulfillment service the Newberg Mail Room.

Customer must select which region they are shipping to when checking out. Here are the regional breakdowns:

West Coast: Washington, Oregon, California

Mountain States: Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Montana, Wyoming

Midwest: Arkansas, Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, Tennessee, Wisconsin,

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to Alabama, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Utah. Alaska and Hawaii also require special shipping rates. Our online store does not have the ability to immediately restrict sales to customers in these states. We monitor all orders and will promptly refund any orders that may arrive for these states.

Tax Rates

Tax rates are automatically calculated during checkout based on your state’s particular tax requirements. Taxes will also be added to shipping if your state requires it. In cases where the online system has made an error in calculating shipping and we undercharge customer for shipping, the winery will make up the difference owed to the state being shipped to.
